A failed sump pump or a burst window well seal can put inches of water in your basement in under an hour — our Smithfield, KY emergency crews carry extraction pumps and moisture meters to start mitigation the same day you call.
Emergency calls that get deprioritized behind routine scheduling are how a small leak turns into a much larger repair bill. We route active flooding straight to the front of the dispatch board, every time, without exception.
Emergency calls get answered by a real dispatcher, day or night, not a voicemail that gets returned in the morning.
